Bridge Loans in the Caribbean

Bridge loans are designed for clients who need short term financing due to not being able to access bank loans, or simply can’t wait for the banks to deliver. We are able to fund these loans very quickly, with much less red tape than the banks, making them very appealing for clients even with the higher price tag.

Bridge loans can vary quite a bit in terms of pricing, usually the stronger the file, the better the terms. Quite often however, pricing is not nearly as important to the client as simply getting the required funds in a timely and relatively painless manner. As a short term solution, bridge loans can be the answer, as long as a proper exit strategy exists to pay off the loan.
